its really hot in my office. its too darn hot. i just used a funky request thingie to make a service request. i love MS… you can do everything online. i was going to ask for a corkboard too, but then i figured i shouldn’t ask for too much.
oh, and i would like to say that silly putty is the best invention *ever.* a guy on my team, dave, was nice enough to give jody (my office mate) and myself each a piece of purple putty with pink sparkels in it (after we admired his plain putty). it’s beautiful. then phil, another guy on my team, gave me a yellow piece to play with too! I just had a conference call and brought enough for everyone to play with (there were 4 of us on our end) and no one could resist it. i like that my boss’ boss was banging it against the desk to relieve tension 🙂

sure, i’m one of many at UW and it’s quite likely that no one from there will read this – but my girlies at Queens will think i’m cool, and the friends i have at UWO will think i’m smart 😉

January 20th, 2002so yeah. i kinda forgot about this. i still haven’t given out the address… but i think i’m going ot keep it anyways.
i’m in vancouver right now. i’m on work term in redmond (seattle) working for good old BillG and came to visit the fam for the weekend. we’re watching a dvd right now, but the stupid thing started to skip so badly that my cousin just ducked out to exchange it. i mean, dvds are really cool and are good quality, but this is a pain in the ass. lalala.

November 8th, 2001my cs group is so cool. kevin, nat and i just integrated the three tiers of our three tiered program and it all works together.it’s actually amazing.
what’s funny, i guess, is that i think it’s amazing at all – after all, its not like we ever intended for the program _not_ to work, right?

hehe. i got a blog! i always thought they were so cool, but that you had to be smart to set it all up and get it started. but turns out you don’t – blogger.com does it all for you.
hmm.. maybe i shouldn’t have given away my little secret because now no one is going to be impressed. oh well.
anyways, we’ll see if i stick this out, or if in true jenn style, the novelty wears off in a day or two.
