I know there are many reasons to be mad at the TTC. But right now I am particularly frustrated by one – the fact that the token machines won’t take a bill.

I can’t buy tokens from a collector. And unless I have change ($2.75 in quarters, toonies and loonies) I can’t get one from a token machine. Which means that unless I have change I can’t go to my favourite subway entrance as there’s no collector on duty. And I can’t buy a bunch of tokens at once so every time I go to the subway I have to go through the same exercise.

Hrmph.
