So *that’s* what it’s for!
Yesterday I did my first “Advanced Workout” using the Garmin. I ran for 200m and then took a 2 minute break. 8 time.
On a track that would be simple to figure out using a normal watch. But since I don’t have a track nearby, I used trusty Genki.
He would beep at me after the 200m were done, and then again when it was time to start running. He was so helpful!
It was the first time I didn’t miss my Nike+ while I was running!
I’m going to try another advanced workout tomorrow – we’ll see what the Crossfit Endurance website has in store!
