for some reason on the company holiday listings, i’m down as Jennie. well, they also have 27 October listed as a monday on their calendar. hmm…

who in the world uses words like cantankerous as part of their day-to-day vocab?

Happy lunch break. I got comments to work and there are even smiley faces which i think are very me.

Last night Nat and I went to the Ultimate Picture Palace right by our house to see Kissing Jessica Stein. enjoyed it a lot – though the moral of the story was a little whacked (if there was one at all). Nat laughed *really* loud in the theatre (well, it might have seemed louder since there were only like 12 people there) – but it was a nice change from going to the movies with Karen, who would yell at the screen. Hehe.

happy tuesday. yesterday was yom kipps. i got to repent for my weekend.

friday was meant to be seeing Kissing Jessica Stein. Instead, ended up in Love with my hair in Plaits testing Nat’s theory. For how the night left off, you’ll have to check Nat’s blog, because I ain’t saying.

and my round was £12 = $31.20 Cdn.

saturday was also super fun. was at a bbq at which food was secondary. we weren’t allowed to make our chicken til our bottle of wine was gone.

sunday was journey to london. then watched football which was quite entertaining, and then yom kipps. steve’s mom is a good cook. i ate so much sunday night that i wasn’t hungry at all yesterday.

oh, and last night on the bus on the way home talked to strangers and made some friends – yay for american students studying abroad!

so one of the bosses from upstairs (dev) came downstairs, and said ‘so, Jenn, someone upstais has started a rumour that you’re an alchy drinking lush’

on another note, at lunch today we learned the true meaning of the word Bullocks. and we learned that ketchup is called ‘tomato sauce’ and that salad cream is gross.

so now that I’m in Oxford working at DecisionSoft I’m toying with the idea of actually blogging.

actually, i first toyed with the idea of a joint blogging effort with natalie.

that fell through.

then i toyed with the idea of not blogging and just putting up pictures.

but now, let’s try this again and see what happens.

hi. i’m jenn and i get bored of things. that’s why it’s may now and i’m just starting to post again.
i guess it’s only been about a month so this isn’t *too* terrible… but whatevs.

i am now back from Seattle (*sob*) and in the land of the loo (double *sob*).
MS had recruitment events tonight and i got beer and my friend nat got beer AND an xbox. lucky nat.

so it seems that this online thing is addictive. and i’m getting worse. i’ve now bought my frist thing on EBay. A Hello Kitty/Paul Frank purse that was *way* too much money. i’m still excited to get it. it should be waiting here when i get back from florida!
that’s right, i’m off to meet mickey and to do a little work with SIF while i’m at it… be back next thursday

What did i order? a second battery for my digicam. now when my battery dies at the worst possible time, i’ll have a second one!

i’m going to whistler this weekend and i dont want to ski. except i already bought my lift tix. hrmph.

Now that I’m an intern at MS, i’m going to Disney World!

Actually, i’m going to two conferences in Orlando, but the people i’m going with want to go the weekend before so we get two days at Disney. please note – it wasn’t even *my* idea. how cool is THAT!

know what’s funny? Orlando is SO FAR from here… i just looked at flights and it takes about 7 hours. but we’ll have to make connections and stuff… that’s whacked. okay. back to work.
