brunch in matzah land
brunch during passover can be just as wonderful as any sunday:
Don’t get me wrong – I can’t wait for toast. But I really did love Em and my adventures with Matzoh Brie/Brei. Next year I think we’re going to theme a party around it. Not sure what the costumes will be.
(Actually, I intend to break passover with sushi on Tuesday, though most people I’ve spoken to are planning on pizza.)
