It’s december

And I have less than three months until my next Half Marathon. Time to get on that training bandwagon I suppose.

Am not feeling overly enthused.

Frankly, I would rather deadlift my bodyweight. (I deadlifted more than that last week! BOOYAH!)

What’s wrong with me? I just need to get out there. Once I start running again it won’t be so scary, right?

    crossfit endurance…no more long runs!

    I know and started with their beginner workouts.. And can’t get myself out! I pretend it’s cause I don’t have a track near me but I do have a garmin to measure distance so no actual excuse. Sigh.
