before noon
it’s amazing how much can happen in a day before noon. for example, yesterday i:
- ran 10k (in 57:10!!)
- got to emily’s house
- realized i left my cell phone on the street car on the way to emily’s house
- chased the streetcar in a taxi
- learned where long branch and royal york are
- got my cell phone back
- got back to emily’s house
all before noon. no wonder i looked like hell:

I actually think that’s a good picture… You look all angelic and heavenly and stuff with that glow! Good thing you got that sunblock!

Yea, Jenn! You ran really fast! I could probably do 8 maybe 9.5 K in that amount of time. (End Sara’s dream sequence…)

Whoo hoo -that’s an excellent time for your first 10 km (or any 10 km). I am envious of you – my right ankle gets sore just walking around on the crappy sidewalks in Krakow (but I’m not complaining – I’m in Europe!)
No running for me for a long time – I am jealous!

[…] And to think, 3 years ago I was gearing up to run my first ever 10km and really quite freaked out. […]
