“May her memory be for a blessing.”
I have friends doing interesting things. I thought I’d share a few of them. First there’s Nat who is working on a TOEFL iBT site. If I needed to learn English, I’m sure this would be super useful. Then there’s Lisa who has her startup Coupled Together with her husband Marc. They started their relationship [...]
Did you know that if you have a case of food poisoning in Toronto you’re supposed to report it? No? Well, neither did I. But N did and so when I got sick and told him I wasn’t planning to file anything, he called them on my behalf. It was super awkward when a health [...]
Today was my 10 year high school reunion. The best comment was made by a guy inĀ my class, Mark, who said (I paraphrase): All of the girls seemed to have gotten better looking. The guys all got bald and fat. Love it.
It’s a funny feeling getting dressed to go out but not to a wedding – it seems like those are the only things I go to lately. I find getting dressed for a house party way more stressful than getting ready for a black tie wedding. Time for a shopping trip perhaps?

I have a lot of friends. According to facebook, the number stands at 1158 (which means very little.. but that’s a story for another time). Many of my friends do super cool things. What kind of cool things? Well, how about quitting a good full-time job to move to latin-America and become fluent in Spanish? [...]
i kinda went dark for 10 days there, eh? Not if you follow me on twitter, though.:) Chile is an incredible place. Played on snow covered volcanoes, ran down gigantic sand dunes, and tasted some of the best wine I’ve ever had. And that’s barely scratching the surface. Over the next few days I’ll be [...]
Hello from chile. I have been at the Santiago airport for 7 hours now and our flight isn’t until 7. Hurray for travel days. An iPod touch and free wifi have made the wait more tolerable and ruthie and I have plenty to talk about. I find Spanish very confusing – like French in a [...]
